Thank you for taking my Open-to-Buy class. The key to successfully managing your inventory cash flow is using and maintaining your open-to-buy spreadsheet on an ongoing basis. To get you started, you can download a copy of my class example and a clean sheet in an Excel workbook by clicking here. The first tab is the example used in class. The second is a blank version ready to be filled in. I would recommend making a copy of the blank version so you always have a clean, empty copy to go back to at the beginning of each year. Fill in the appropriate numbers in the light yellow shaded boxes and you are on your way.
